About Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)

Universiti Kuala Lumpur – UniKL is a multi-campus university technical university with its main campus based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rated as a Tier-5 “Excellent University” by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia in 2009 and 2011, UniKL has 12 institutes spread across 11 campuses throughout Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Cheras, Bangi, Kajang, Sepang, Taboh Naning, Pasir Gudang, Ipoh, Lumut and Kulim.

Programmes offered

Each institute or campus under UniKL has a specialisation. Educational programmes of UniKL are accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).

In 2012 the university had around 20,500 local and international students studying at 11 campuses throughout the country, offering educational programs at professional certificate, Diploma, Degree, and postgraduate levels in the following fields:

The university provides foundation programmes to prepare students for entry into the degree studies. Alternatively, students with only SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or O-level equivalent can apply to do the diploma programmes. Students who have a recognised diploma may apply for entry into the degree programmes with credit transfer.

Assistant Manager/Manager ( Organizational Development & Talent Management)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or related field.
  • At least 8 – 10 year(s) of working experience in training & development or equivalent.
  • Familiar with conducting manpower audits, Job Evaluation, Job Description, organization structure review and/or HR Matrix will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written and able to communicates professionally and effectively.
  • Highly professional, well presented, with ability to interact comfortably with all levels within the company.

Assistant Manager (Infrastructure Development)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Project Management, Real Estate / Property Management, Asset Management or related field.
  • At least 8 – 10 year(s) of working experience in construction, renovation and infrastructure project management.
  • Proven record of managing projects on time, quality and on budget.
  • Experienced managing medium to large scale infrastructure projects regionally.
  • Proven experience in an outsource vendor environment, specifically in service delivery and or developed experience working on the customer side of an outsourcing relationship.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal & written and able to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Highly professional, well presented, with ability to interact comfortably with all levels within the company.
  • Must have knowledge, experience and preferably conversant in using software tools for design such as AutoCad or similar.

General Manager – UniKL Resources Sdn Bhd (URSB)

Requirements:

  • Degree in business admin/marketing or any related field from a recognized university. Candidates with Master will have added advantage
  • Minimum with 8 years working experience in the business development area or any related field
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, good project and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills, emotional stability and initiative.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, team work and decision making skills.
  • Matured and tactical. High exposure in strategic management.
